Stevenâ s Garage Doors was an excellent company to work with. Steven Senior had his son come out on Monday and had an estimate ready by the end of the day. By Friday morning we had a brand new garage door installed in a couple of hours. They were right on time, efficient, nice and had a fair estimate. Great work! Very happy to have hired them.

"customer decided to buy a door at lowes. tried to install himself. panic call garage door not working. stopped in . gave quote to do repairs today. not a later date which would mean more due to travel bad to them .all hinge's were in wrong placement, and some backwards. also when forcing door up the customer broke, and bent hinges. straighten out all issue's. removed kit gear box, and made torsion spring done correct. had to adjust track which was too tight, and crooked. now after two hours re-installing garage door and only $200.00 charge. he leaves a low number review did him good by fixing all his mistakes, and now no appreciation for a repair well done. some customer's just do not realize they are hiring a professional contractor . - Stephen Moody"

"this customer had us go over when he was not working. not when we were area. had to demolition out a wall someone built on top of garage door. then take out garage door. had to cut back rotted jack studs and add in wood to install garage door. did everything he wanted which was more then requested in garage door replacement quote. customer s attitude was we were suppose to move my schedule around to fit his vacation . also he was really slow in making up what he wanted to do , and sending deposit check. which held up delivery of special .never will I put up with someone who demands , orders me around. I am not a servant ordered door from mfg."
