Negotiated down to a very fair price. Very nice but took too long and did not use bleach I requested for power washing.

Stephen and his crew did a wonderful job power washing and staining our cedar sided house and garage out here in the woods. After years of neglect it now looks beautiful. I would give them a 5.0+ for that job. They also power washed and stained our large wooden deck. Did a diligent job but their product (Sherwin Williams) gets a 0.0- grade. Did not last six months (with virtually no traffic on it) before it started peeling and flaking off. I will have to resand and restain this fall. That is why I have to give them a 3.0 for work quality. Otherwise, a 5.0.

These people not only know how to paint, they are experts who leave your property BETTER than it was when they arrived. (They took all their trash; and ALL the trash away!). Moreover, they can do a job without supervision. I have managed the building of 27 houses; never seen better painters.

I was very pleased with the work they did painting my house and they were professional, did a great job painting and were pleasant to have around (after all if you're getting 3/4 of your house painted they'll be there a few days). They were understanding and helpful when I decided I needed to change a paint color and they took good care of my things. One of his workers who was there the most was named Scott and he was probably the best of anyone - I would highly recommend him to work on any job. Painting isn't cheap but I thought they were reasonable and in line with the other estimate i got

MOST HORRIBLE experience. We hired him to sand and paint the wooden panel above our front porch window. In the process, he damaged and dented the window frame with his sander. When confronted, he said that he did now cause this damage. He refused to give us his insurance company information. Most likely does not have insurance. On top of that verbally abused us and called us names during our meeting. DO NOT HIRE. He caused a lot more in damage than he charged for the project. We have to bear the window repair cost ourselves.

"I did not damage the window, my 'bid' pre-pictures showed it was already dented. They never asked for my insurance company's information; I have plenty of insurance. "US" ? No I didn't, I merely said Mrs G needed help. No one else was even there, She started yelling at me because I would not admit to denting her window and said she was going to call the police if I didn't get off her land. Please go on my web-site and see the "letters of reference" I have received over the many years I have been in the painting industry. There was no charge as I gave Mrs G her $75.00 dollars back. I paid $50 for the lead and spent nine man hrs for nothing and advised them to wrap the incorrectly hung window. So she received the original job done correctly at no cost and received 'free' professional advice concerning her problem window. www.stephens-services.com"

Stephen is friendly, knowledgeable, honest, hardworking. I could keep going. His communication is excellent, and he let me know if he noticed problems before actually doing the work. It is so refreshing to work with someone you can trust. I have already hired him again for additional work and referred others to him if they need painting or pressure washing service. We will hire him again at our new home.

He is excellent, very meticulous. He has done a wonderful job inside my house. I have never seen anyone so thorough in his work, great job. He is great at preparing for the painting, covers the carpet, floors. It takes a great amount of time, but you an not tell that he had just done the work. He knows what he is doing, great quality work.
