Rob and his crew did a great job on our basement remodel. He was very professional and courteous and always available when we called. A year later and we're still very happy with the quality of work performed.

From our first appointment with Rob to inspect the basement (we'd already taken down to the studs) we felt he could see the vision we had for the space. He was able to develop a floor plan & worked with us until it was as perfect as possible. Working with Rob and Crystal (his assistant) was wonderful. One, or both of them were available any time we had questions or concerns. This was a big job for our family and Rob made the process as simple and smooth as possible. I hated to rate the work quality as 4.5 but that only applies to subcontractors. All remodel jobs will have issues and Rob addressed every one of them immediately and to our satisfaction. I also have to compliment the HVAC subcontractor Rob hired to create zones in the basement. It works to perfection! Before the remodel, the basement was impossible to heat. This year, it's so cozy and warm! I would definitely ask Rob to work with us again and recommend him highly. At the end of the job, it didn't feel like working with a contractor, but like working with a friend! Thank you Rob!

I quickly learned that Rob with Stephenson Construction is a man of his word. If any work wasn't done exactly as expected, which happened very infrequently, Rob immediately offered to make it right, even when I was mostly to blame. He did a good job staying on schedule too. I definitely recommend Rob and wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

Stephenson Construction was a fantastic company to have remodeled a garage/basement into a full independent apartment for my mother. Timely, courteous, on budget, and communicative. Would hire them again without a doubt! Professional company doing professional work without breaking the bank!

Rob did an excellent job on our kitchen remodel. In the initial visit, Rob gather information and measurements, made good suggestions, and provided us with design plans for the remodel. During the entire project, Rob let me know what was scheduled each day. the workers were very prompt, professional and accommodating. There was minimal dust in my house from the construction which I greatly appreciated. There was a certain area of trim work I wanted to really stand out. Rob and his trim guy worked hard and delivered an awesome entryway opening into my kitchen. My husband and I would definitely use Stephenson Construction again for any additional construction projects.

This was the best contractor experience we've had in the 19 years we've lived in the Atlanta area. Stephenson Construction working as the general contractor and the few additional sub-contractors used to do the work were on time (huge for us), friendly, polite and professional. Communication was constant. Whether it be a change in schedule, an issue that had to be discussed, a status update, a quick check in, etc. there was never a time we didn't know what was going on. We were extremely pleased on how the entire project went and will have no hesitation in rehiring them. We've already recommended them to friends too.

Rob gave us exactly what we asked for and did it within our very tight time frame (two weeks!) he was also very courteous and thoughtful... He even fixed a lose board on our stairs out of the kindness of his heart! I would definitely use him again when we have another remodel project!
