I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend hiring this professional. The integrity this gentleman showed is unparalleled in today's business world. He made a minor mistake on my carpet (that I wouldn't even have noticed), and he refused to take any payment for any of the 3 hours worth of work he did. I tried to pay him for the furniture that he cleaned very well, but he still refused to take payment for anything. He's rare in today's society.

Thes customer service was phenomenal. The cleaner was on time and prepared. I did not like the cleaning of my sofa and loveseat. It wasn't that much of a difference to me.

Project: Clean carpets: Mr. Stephenson was very professional and on time. He cleaned the carpets in the rooms requested, he moved little things that were in the way.. In fact, after he left l noticed that the floor mirror frame bleed onto the carpet. He can back to fix that and cleaned up red wine I spilled the night before at no additional charge. Great value for the money.

The technician did an outstanding job. He was very flexible with the schedule, prompt and professional. This was a move out carpet cleaning for a rental property and the carpets were in bad shape. We were not sure if the carpets were recoverable. We were anticipating purchasing new carpet, if the cleaning didn't work. After the cleaning, the carpets looked outstanding compared to their previous state. We did not need to replace the carpets, which was a huge savings to us. Very pleased with the quality of work.

Dottie and Teddy did an outstanding and professional job. This was a move out cleaning that touched three floors in a large house. There was carpet cleaning, wood floors, three and a half baths. Every aspect of the house was touched and cleaned. Service was excellent and professional. I would highly recommend this team. Great service!

Excellent experience from booking the appointmnet to actual carpet cleaning. I just moved into a new home and out of all the appointments/repairs scheduled, this was by far the best. The carpets look amazing and they were kind enough to tack down a section of carpet at no additional charge. Will definitely used the service again.

They spent 6 full hours making my vacant rental property shine! I have never seen such a detailed clean before for such a low cost. I took extra business cards to share with friends and neighbors. I also learned through conversation with them that they do carpet cleaning, home improvements, etc. Next time you are looking for multiple services, they are able to do everything for you. I didn't know that so I paid other people a lot for mediocre work when I could have gotten better quality and price from Stephenson & Son Cleaning Services!! Highly recommend!!

Do yourself a favor, meet 'em, show 'em round, get a quote and be ecstatic!. I don't smile, but I was beaming after a sorely needed whole House/Garage/Patio "Please get my House ready for Sale" thorough cleaning. This TEAM is Professional, Accommodating, Friendly and Trustworthy ( I left them with my belongings many times and handed them my keys). They and their crews are tireless, constantly moving, never saw them sit down or knock off. They keep at it until they're satisfied with their own performance because they take Pride in their work.
