STEPP UP POOLS

He did not provide the service that he was paid for. He initially drained and cleaned the pool and was supposed to maintain it. (I paid a monthly fee to maintain it) He did not do it. After cleaning it, he was supposed to service the pool weekly. He did not. He kept promising he was coming and did not. Then he claimed he sent someone, but they did not come. At this point in time, he admitted to me that other customers had the same experience and his workers did not come. He said he was going to correct the problem but did not. It was horrible and disappointing. I felt like he was dishonest and he refused to provide the service. The pool is now green and he told me I needed to find someone else. He claimed because of the gas prices he had too many customers and was narrowing them. He refused to refund the money although he never provided the service.

Craig showed up the first time ready to take in the job and then came right on schedule as he stated he would. I could tell that he knows pools well and I have NO WORRY that this pool will be taken care of including changing filters and putting Chenâ s in.

I can sum this guy up in one word, Awesome! Craig is knowledgeable, personable, kind, friendly and helpful. We’ve been in our house two years now and the original person caring for the pool was great until he went out of business and sent Shark Pools. Craig came to us when our pool was literally a swamp thanks to Shark Pools and located the problem right away! He’s been to my house so many times in the three weeks he’s been working on our pool that I can’t even count! He’s come to check on it, deliver a new pump and sand, brought HIS Electrition over to check out the wiring because he didn’t like the way the wires were crammed together and sure enough they needed work! , replaced the pump and sand, vacuumed the pool twice not to mention adding all the shock and acid !!! He is a pleasure to be around and treats our pool as if it’s his own!!! We have two Crain statues that used to squirt out water and stopped ( I didn’t even mention it to him) and he’s not only fixing them but he’s resetting them so they’ll look better!!!!! And he noticed the previous owners had landscape lighting placed in an area that wasn’t showing off the pool and said he was going to reroute them for me!!! Craig walks me through every little thing he does and makes me feel as though we are his only customers! Our pool has never looked this good!!! If you’re in need of a reliable pool company who’s reasonably priced, Stepp Up Pools is the company to go with. This guy is the real deal!

Hired them to pressure wash my house, did so well hired them to cl my pool.

I went to use my pool and discovered the drain cover was not put back on my pool. Now, it will be necessary to hire someone to put the cover back on.

He is very good on time and explains everything step by step when he shows up.

He walks me through every process he does and informs me when things change. He came out on a special call for me when I saw something in my pool at no additional charge. He is amazing.
