Jed and Josh were great throughout this process of getting me a new roof after wind/hail damage. Jed fought with my insurance to get my claim approved to replace my entire roof. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and were available when I needed them. They even worked well with me on pricing to help me out. Would highly recommend them.

Worked with Sterling Concepts LLC concerning a roof leak. Excellent experience with Jedd and crew. Roof leak identified and repaired. New gutters and leaf guards installed per our request (a project on our list). Our concerns were immediately addressed and solved within our budget. Jedd was quick to answer any and all questions and kept in communication. I wouldn't hesitate to call this company again for future needs.

Many thanks to Jed and his crew. The recent storm exposed a leak in my roof. Within 24 hours Jed took a look and recommended adding flashing, but was also clear that a new roof was not needed.
