    Do not use them for HVAC systems. The owner sent an unqualified helper to install my new split duct system 2 years ago. . After it failed and 10 phone calls later, the owner came out and found 8 leaks. He repaired them...sorta. This year, no heat, no AC...and no return phone calls for resolution. I hired a qualified pro who had to rerun the entire piping today. He showed me the shortcuts and inferior materials used by them. I am so pissed... thanks Sterling for my $500 repair!. You ffâ d me

    They did forget 1 small thing but no big deal otherwise they were very professional and cleaned up when they were done. Job is not totally finished but everything is good so far!

    Since I was at home, I observed the entire process. Took longer than it should have. The mark-up on the part was close to 200%. I was told that it was because the product was warrantied for one year but no mention was made on the invoice. Final project worked.

    Sterling Heating & Cooling saved the day! Our heat went out, and my husband has a number of medical conditions and cannot tolerate being too cold. Sterling came promptly and they were able to identify and repair the issue within an hour. They were pleasant and customer focused. I would highly recommend Sterling Heating & Cooling!

    Sterling is a high quality family owned business. They have done a number of projects for me and have met all of my HVAC needs. I really like that they communicate via text, they send price quotes via email and except payment electronically. They are business looking to the future and not stuck in the past.
