A fantastic company. I was in a pinch, with a last minute (the day before) requirement to move my college student daughter in New Haven CT, and we live abroad in London, so we were in a jam. I explained all of this to Sterling. When everyone else said they were too busy or didn't return my calls, Sterling called me and asked if I could be flexible with the time of day and they would do their best to help me, as they understood I needed help. I really felt like they went the extra mile to help a fellow with a bit of a moving emergency - they obviously did not need the business that week when everything was fully booked everywhere. They squeezed me in, came exactly when they said they would, and sent two great guys, in great moods who didn't see any problems only challenges to be solved, as they creatively found ways to navigate oversized furniture down impossibly narrow stairwells, over second floor balconies with ropes, etc. They worked fast and efficient and with super human strength. They followed us to to the storage facility and unpacked in minutes, everything placed neat and organised for easy access. Nothing dropped or damaged, as the were always super careful. So different from may past experiences with others. Now I will only call Sterling for our many future moves in southern CT as I have lots of kids! Just awesome. Sterling gets 6 stars out of 5. They arrived promptly, were very efficient and during this pandemic time each of the three workers wore their masks the whole time! I lived on third floor, no elevator and never heard a complaint out of any of them. I would recommend this company to anyone moving locally. Herb and his crew were awesome!
