Pamela is a friendly and chatty person. She was able to get us a quick turn-around on both testing and treatment for mold. Our business premise had an emergency situation to resolve, and we called her team right before July 4 weekend. She understood the urgent nature of our request, and quickly retrieved samples for lab results. There were a few iterations during this process because our floorboards needed to be removed before she could retrieve samples, and she had to make a second trip. When it came time for treatment, she finished the entire process in about three hours or so (for our 250-300 SF space). Thanks!

On the morning I called for a site evaluation, Pamela was able to schedule a site visit that afternoon. She was prompt and courteous. She clearly explained the process and the steps involved for remediating the mold from the bathroom and bedroom walls. It's been a few weeks and NO sign of the stuff.
