Appraisal Real Estate Service
At this point I am not even sure if the work has been done. I have been contacting the contractor via email and via phone with little response. The last time i did talk to him he told me that he had done the appraisal, but that he was behind on his paperwork and had not completed it. However i have yet to recieve any of the work have yet to recieve the price, so i'm not sure if it's completed or not.

Steve called me within moments of the search on Servicemajic. I am in Tucson AZ and need an appraisal for my home on the east coast of Central Florida. Steve was willing to do the appraisal the very next day and email me the results within a day or two. His price was beyond competitive. As I was not ready for such a quik response, he kept in touch until I was ready a week later. With little notice he responded in 2 days and had the results to me in 2 days, including the weekend!!! Fantastic service!
