Steve does quality work in a very timely matter,that coupled with great response time and great customer service.i highly recommend his company.had a small repair on a hail damaged window wrap.he originally installed the windows.great craftsmanship.he took the time to come back 7 yrs later to repair the hail damaged window. Steve and his team have done multiple projects for us: hanging TVs, Heavy/Large mirrors, moving heavy cement fountain, organized closets, repaired decking and stairs....very pleased with his work

I hired Steve to do a few different projects. I had the front door and screen door replaced, back door, square the garage and install a new garage door. The house doors were done good. The garage however was not done as anticipated. I have an older home he knew this when he came to quote the job. The garage was not square. They ended up not being able to keep the garage square once they took the bracing off. So they installed the door best they could in the opening (not square). The quote for the job was $1650.00. I get the bill it s $2621.44. He did not complete the job as talked about because he could not square it. So you charge an extra $971.44 for something you could do seems very unreasonable. I can see still charging $1650.00 for the effort of trying. I questioned the large over billing. His reply was: It took more time. At no point did he talk to me about the job, time or any extra charges. If you are hiring him I would get everything in writing. Make it important he communicates any change as the job advances.
