Steve Hare

Steve has been doing house projects for us for the past 5 years, and we truly can’t recommend him enough. To date, he has installed 20 windows, completed a full bathroom renovation, replaced 2 fences, handled countless aluminum wraps, repaired doors, regrouted our tub, replaced an exhaust fan, rescreened doors, repaired drywall in multiple areas, installed 8 light fixtures — and the list keeps growing. His craftsmanship is hard to find, and his knowledge, attention to detail, and pride in his work clearly show how much he cares about every project. Steve has become our go-to guy for anything we need around the house, and we’re always confident the job will be done right.

Steve was able to quickly quote my project. He installed a new front door and storm door. Once I was able to purchase and pick up my doors he was able to get me on his schedule within 5 days. He is friendly, personable, works in a time efficient manner. He is respectful of your home and property while working. He cleaned up after himself and when the job was done you wouldnt have even known he was here. He communicated throughout the entire process very well. Very satisfied with his work. My new doors look great. We will def keep him in mind for furture projects.

Reasonably priced and was here when he said he would and did what he said

Steve was great. He explained what he?d be doing while seeing what was wrong with my drain. He told me how he was going to fix the drain and once he took it apart let me see what cause my leak which was a gasket that broke inside the pipe. Once he fixed it he was on his way. Steve also does more work around my mother?s house as well. He explains and is honest. He is very knowledgeable able and explains what he?d going to do and shows you why something failed or why an item needs replaceing. I highly recommend him for odd jobs that need to be fix around the house.

Steve did a great job on closets and other odd jobs. He is very personable and friendly. He cleaned up every day before he left. I would definitely hire him again for other jobs.

We had Steve replace all of the tile in our shower not only did he do an amazing job, but he was professional kept the house clean while working was on time and kept us in the loop every step of the way. He also left design decisions up to us, but was willing to offer suggestions when we needed them. Couldn’t be happier with the final result thanks, Steve!

Steve replaced a garage man door and trimmed that area and also the trim area around our overhead garage door. His attention to detail is exemplary! Everything was done exactly right and his work area is neat and organized! He informs the customers as he proceeds, and explains it all. We will be calling Steve again and would highly recommend him!!!

Excellent service putting in our sliding door. We have had him do several other projects as well. He repaired our deck, put in our storm door, fixed our wooden fence and painted our family room. All of it has been fantastic work. Highly recommend Steve for any job you need.

I thought I needed an entire bathroom fan replacement. Steve was able to repair my existing fan and saved me hundreds of dollars. He could have taken advantage of my ignorance but he was extremely honest and helpful.

I've worked with many contractors over the years and Steve is by far the best I've ever worked with! He communicates clearly, does what he says he's going to do, and his work is top notch. He makes great suggestions based on years of experience and his prices are very fair and reasonable. Steve was professional. His prices were very reasonable, and the job came out great.

Steve does excellent work. He completed work a contractor never came back to finish ( laying flooring) and fixed areas the contractor didn’t do well. Looks awesome! He put up 2 ceiling lights. He reconnected the dryer vent. Previously he installed 2 bathroom vanities and built a base so the vanities are high enough for a tall person. He’s replaced all the boards on the deck Looks fantastic. Put all new laminate floors in the kitchen, hallway and laundry room. He’s put up shelving units in the basement Anything that needs doing, large or small, Steve does extremely well. He will be returning to paint the bathrooms, replace more ceiling lights, and power wash and paint the deck. He completes work in a timely manor, he’s reliable and charges fair prices for his work. He is my go to guy for anything that needs to be done and done well. I’ve recommended him to family and friends. They have all been very pleased with his work. I highly recommend Steve.

Several people tried to fix or advise me when my kitchen faucet wouldnâ t work. Steve Hare checked a few things efficiently and determined the issue quickly. He was also able to explain what was happening and options well. I couldnâ t be happier with the results.

Steve not only does excellent work, but is very friendly and reasonably priced. He not only replaced our existing windows and patio slider, but redid all of the interior and exterior trim as well. Everything looks beautiful, and we couldnâ t be more pleased. He explained everything before and during the process, so we knew exactly what to expect. Steve has done other work for us as well, including gutter and fascia repairs, lighting installation, and general carpentry. Heâ s truly a Jack of all trades, and I highly recommend him for any home improvement projects you might have!

Very experienced!

He assessed three different problems with our electricity that were not routine, replacing a fuse and an outlet, getting a light fixture that had been unreliable for a number of years to work perfectly, and adding a light in our gazebo. He is smart and thorough.
