When James picked up my generator he was very professional and curteous. He took the time to explain what they would do and when I could expect it back. He also took the extra time to explain why it probably wouldn't start and how to prevent it in the future. My generator has less than 500 hours on it and he was correct; it was type of gas I had in the tank and the manner in which I shut it down the last time I started it. The generator was returned the next day as he stated and it runs perfect again. I really appreciated is lesson on storing my generator to avoid the problem in the future. James is a very knowlegable and helpful man.
