The guys were super nice but left a HUGE mess at every vent. The owner was apologetic and offered to have them come back to clean but I had already done it as soon as they left.

Duct and vent cleaning. Our house was built in the 70's and we were having a horrible dust problem. We would dust the house and have a coating of dust only a few hours later. After the cleaning it has been days with no dusting. They cleaned the vent registers in the ceiling too, and they look brand new. 10/10 would recommend.

I hired them to take care of cleaning and sanitizing my parents heating and cooling air ducts in their home. My dad, who is very hard to impress, was telling me their service was very professional and the two persons from Hester's advised him what was going on while they were cleaning. We will definitely use them again and also refer them to other persons needing the same service.

Good service, good company

Very courteous and timely. Explained the project well. Technicians worked well together in my home. The only missing piece was closing out the project with the same equipment that got me to start the project. A camera was used first to show me the condition of the duct system. I hired them based on those results. After cleaning of the duct system, the camera should have been used again to show the final results of cleaning the duct system. I know that they used the equipment to clean the duct system - I watched the process. But I donâ t know how well the duct system was cleaned.
