"Sometimes a stain, such as bleach on a carpet, will not come out. But I will always try multiple times and use different types of stain removers to remedy the stain. If the stain can't be removed it won't be from a lack of trying, that's my way of doing business. Again price wise, my prices in most cases are half of what Stanley Steamer charges with better results. Steve K"
