The team was professional and the installation was very smooth. They were finished before I knew it. The only minor complaint is that the filter installed was 25x20 instead of 20x20 but this makes no difference. These people do a quality install for much less than many others. Total price for a 95% efficiency furnace with humidifier (70,000 BTU) $2000.

Very pleasant and professional, Excellent no BS salesman as well that didn't want to oversell but made sure I took advantage of all the rebates that were available. Very Knowledgeable. Will not only save on heat bills with the 95.5% efficiency but also will get the BIG tax break of $1500. The High efficiency unit I bought will pay for itself in only a few years and have new air conditioning to boot!! Great people great price.

after some issues with what their salesperson promised and what he wrote down per contract, everthing went well. The owner took care of the issues I had and everything was per my original agreement. My only suggestion is to make sure that you have everthing 100% in writting INCLUDING model #'s of the equipment you expect to get.

The product--Goodman--is a quality furnace. The price was fair. The installers were efficient and friendly. The best endorsemen I can give S & P is that I will be a repeat customer when I get new central air next spring.

S&P Heating and Cooling: -Requested $1000 upfront, we agreed on $500. -Declined to provide any tax identification. -Requested $500 more before starting the job which would start in about 2 weeks. -Had multiple excused like "I am sick today" or "My partner is out of town". -Only contacts are cell phones. -No business location. -Requested over the phone another $2000 prior starting the job. -Do not have any references, could not provide us with any addresses except for one where the job was done by someone else. -Erased information on our cashed check relevant to their bank information. Please be aware of this scam business. Regrets.

Some misunderstandings up front with what was promised from the salesman to what was originally provided. Had several discussions to try and resolve. After talking with Steve (the owner) he made sure that I got what was promised. Overall the work was professional, the price was very competitive, and the furnace & AC works well. I would recommend them . My Only advice is to make sure the contract is specific with what you are expecting. Use model numbers where possible to avoid confusion. Double check to ensure EVERYTHING you want

I just need to make sure that everybody is aware of the scam that is going on under S & P heating and cooling name. There is a guy name Mark Stanton that will introduce himself as the owner of S & P but he has no affiliation with this company and he is a thief. He stole over $1,600 of my money and he is gone. The REAL owner of the S & P company made it right for us and installed the furnace for us. Please be aware of Mark Stanton, he is the biggest crook that I have ever met. He is found through Service Magic.com. He will call you and give you a price that is unbeatable but nothing about him is legal.

did a great professional job,put everything back in order and cleaned up. was amazed they didnt take as long to do the job as i thought. will give them a call on next furnace when dad is ready-----oh and sorry bout the scary dog guys lol

Didn't call about being late due to previous customer credit issue. Polite. Did job quickly and correctly. Needs to interface with customer on some issues, ie. placement of thermostat lever side close to door trim, and needs to go over programming of thermostat w/o prompting. Some brick / concrete debris was not cleaned up.

S&P sent a really great crew, they installed my heating and cooling system in one day.

The salesman is a smooth talker. He told me he could get me a good deal and financing. I gave this contractor 200.00 deposit and when the financing feel through they refused to refund my deposit and now they will not return my phone calls. I do not recommend this company to anyone. You will regret it if you do business with this company.

They need to contact consumer for delays in work being completed. Furnace replacement was done timely and expertly, but cleaning of duct work that was in the contract has yet to be done after several calls.
