Steve did an awesome job on my project. Although it was not an exceptionally large job, (exterior staircase), his attention to detail was impressive. He also was a stickler for keeping his work area clean and organized. He finished my project sooner than promised and under budget. I would highly recommend Steve for any of your carpentry projects.

We have had many contractors in our house. To date, Steve Lotka has been the very best. He is very conscientious and has a very esthetic eye to help you complete your project. Please look no further and hire him. You will be extremely pleased
