Steve was very prompt in getting out to give me a quote. Emailed me the quote within a few days and called to follow up a few days later. He came and completed the job (built and installed a fireplace mantel and tore out and replaced stair railing and balusters) in a timely manner. Job was completed when he told me it would be done. Very happy with Steve Martin. Would definitely hire in the future if needed.

I had a wonderful experience with Steve, I called him on a Thursday and he came out to do the work on the following Monday. He installed a railing on 4 open steps that we had in our home and he did a wonderful job. Steve arrived on time and had the project finished that morning. I think overall his work was excellent. I just had a little problem communicating with him and him understanding what to do. This is a gentleman that showed up, he did give me an estimate, had no business cards, he had to call me to remeasure for him and so on. His work is excellent.

Steve and his helper did an excellent job on my stairs. His prices are more than fair and he made sure that the job was done to my standards. I had no problems letting him in the house alone and locking up after he was done. He always called me back or answered his phone whenever calls were made to him. Excellent communication, very personable (which is important since you will have to work with him and he will be in your home), quality craftsmanship, does what's best for your unique situations (ie, landings, walkways, stairs, bends, etc.), and an unbeatable price. I can't say enough good things about this man and his work - just a genuine, honest, hard working, considerate man (worked around my baby's napping schedule!). You won't be disappointed.
