Steve Paul set up a consult. He came out within one week to check out the project. We paid. He sent us the design plan. Unfortunately design was very vague. We could have done the same thing if we went to lowes.com. He said he would do revisions for us if needed. By the time we hired a real contractor and realized that his design plan wouldn't work (4ft deep shelves?), he was gone with our money. We emailed him for a revision with a list of 10 things to change. He didn't respond. He called up our contractor and told him we could just cross out the mistakes he made. The plummer and electrician told us his floor plan didn't help them at all.
