Steve Smith Plumbing

He was great the first time I used him. Wanted him to come out and do the shut off valves on the new shower we were putting in. He said he would be out be out the morning of 5/25 so we could finish putting in the shower. He never showed up or called. We left message for him on his phone, but he never called back. That to me is very bad customer relations. If you didn't want to be bothered to do the job then say so. He caused us an inconvenience that we did not need.

Steve did a great job and was on time and a real gentleman

Probably the thing I liked best about Steve is that I could converse with him. With so many vendors, the only conversation is them talking about whatever pops into their mind and me listening or trying to drag them back to the issue at hand. Steve and I were able to discuss my needs and concerns and agree on solutions. He is very personable, he worked fast, and did quality work. He did what he said he would do. We're currently addressing a possible warranty issue, but Steve is very much in the process with me and I have every expectation of a favorable outcome. I consider him a solid 5 out of 5 stars.

It was a simple problem that I put up with for many months, Steve came in, checked the water heater then opened the line to the kitchen sink. There was a little pebble in there that was keeping the water from coming through the tap. So easy, but so big when you have no water pressure in you hot water line. He is my hero.

Reliable, timely service call . Scheduled time, and was there when planned to do the work . i WOULD CALL THIS EXCELLENT !!!

He was very courteous, clean, and respectful.

Honest about repair, did not try to sell a new hot water tank. seemed very knowledgeable.
