Needed full new plumbing for an entire gutted house, including Tankless Radiant Water Heating, sewer, kitchen, baths, everything. Steve, the owner, is just a very easy guy to deal with. Excellent pricing by far, excellent all-around plumbing job.

Very happy with the work done. Only small issue is that they don't take credit cards. Otherwise, rating would be all 5 star.

Steve arrived promptly, installed the Insinkerator with the electrical connection I provided and was gone in less than an hour. He left the work area neat and clean, and even carried out the old unit. He charged a very fair price - less than I expected based on competitive quotes solicited for the job.

We hired Steve to repair a leaking tub drain and shower/tub valves. He was very responsive to the request and was courteous and professional. He did an excellent job of quickly replacing the valves and corroded drain pipe. He cleaned up after the work was done. His price was reasonable.

Steve (and Tony his assistant) are true professionals. A pipe in the basement was blocked and cracking which had backed up the kitchen sink. They arrived promptly and fixed the problem that same afternoon. This was no small job, but Steve and Tony made it look easy. Most importantly, the work was done quickly, professionally, worth every penny (great price, too). I don't know about everyone else but it is important to me to work with folks that I can look in the eye and know that they actually care. That's why I am going to call Elegance Plumbing for all of my future plumbing and heating needs.
