He called back right away when I submitted a request online. He was available within 3 days. He worked quickly and efficiently, even doing an extra small task, as well. He was able to troubleshoot when the proper screws were missing to install new lights. He is knowledgeable, efficient, neat and professional. I highly recommend him.

He discussed the situation in detail with my husband so he could be sure that he'd have the right equipment when he arrived. When he arrived, he got to work, and stuck with the issue for more than 2 hours. At one point, it seemed like the answer was not a good one....that it was the tub, and not the power box. Steve kept digging, found one more thing to look at, and found the source of the problem. He repaired the problem, and we not only avoided a potential replacement expense of several thousand dollars; we also have the use of the hot tub during our vacation this week. Steve was professional, personable, and truly committed to helping us out of our jam. We couldn't be more pleased. We highly recommend him to any homeowners seeking a capable, professional electrician to work on their homes. And by the way...10 hours later...no other provider that I left messages for has returned my call. This was really an exceptional service experience. I will definitely use Service Magic again, and hope to have the opportunity to work with Steve Vachon again.
