He presented a bid that proved to be too low for him to make much on the project and failed to obtain a building permit which caused me embarrassment and slow - down and partial reverse of the project. He was required to come back to complete and repair some parts of the project; which he did with encouragment from my son. I would not put his name forth to my friends.

Mr. White was very prompt and finished the job in a timely manner, howerver the finished product was not up to standard. Had to have them come back several times and fix things. I doubt very seriously if the front deck that was built on my house would be the front deck he would build on his house.
