Steven Batty and his team replaced the roof on my 85 year old house, and did an excellent job. They found a number of issues during the initial inspection and provided a photo album along with material optometrist to fit my budget. They were very professional and completed the work quickly. I would highly recommend Steven Batty!

They were prompt, professional, and you could hardly tell they had been here—everything was cleaned up so well when the job was done. What really set them apart was how well they worked with our insurance. At first, we didn’t understand the process and were quoted twice as much elsewhere, and we felt pressured by the other company because there was water in the attic. But Steve explained everything clearly and not once were they pushy. We really appreciated their honesty and commitment to getting us the best outcome. Steven evaluated my roof and gutters. Rather than pressuring me to replace them, he gave me the option of repairing the damage and getting another couple of years out of the roof I have. I really appreciated that he gave me all my options along with the pros and cons of both. A snow storm was on the way, so he sent someone out the next day to get the job done before the snow arrived. Everything was done very professionally and at a reasonable cost . I would definitely recommend!

We had some trees cut down and unfortunately a branch damaged our roof. We contacted Steven and he immediately followed up with us the same afternoon and schedule an appointment. He offered to see us during the holidays and ultimately came and did a fantastic job on the roof quickly and without a lot of stress. I would definitely work with him again!

Great overall experience! When I initially requested quotes, I had asked if the estimate could be done while I was working. Several companies said no, which told me their plan was to have a salesman come out to provide the quote. No thank you! I had three companies agree to a contactless initial estimate and ended up going with Steve due to the interactions via email, the cost and the reviews I read. He got the work done this week and I LOVE it. My old gutters were white and I decided to go with black ones - they look amazing with my black shutters. Gives the house a whole new look. I will definitely recommend Steve for future jobs. Thank you!

Initial problems with communication but got it worked out & super job

Steve Batty was able to overcome some initial miscommunication and complete the job professionally. It is easy to judge a company when everything goes right but it how they handle unforeseen challenges is a better way to evaluate a company.

We had been saving for some time to have our metal roof installed. We knew what we wanted, and Steven made that happen. The beginning of the process started slow, getting all the right people in place to do the job. But once they were, Steven was on top of every single step within that process. We love our Metal roof, and will recommend Steven Batty Contractors in the future. It's all about trust.

The owner, Steven, called me directly to arrange for a free estimate. Paul came and looked at our roof and provided three estimates based on the wind rating and warranty type of shingles I wanted. When I chose the shingles we wanted, the work was scheduled to be done within 2-3 days and the roof was completed in one day. During the work, some wood rot was found on one spot that affected the facia. Steven, the owner, looked at the problem and gave me an estimate which I approved. The work on the facia was done the same day!
