The owner, Steven, called me directly to arrange for a free estimate. Paul came and looked at our roof and provided three estimates based on the wind rating and warranty type of shingles I wanted. When I chose the shingles we wanted, the work was scheduled to be done within 2-3 days and the roof was completed in one day. During the work, some wood rot was found on one spot that affected the facia. Steven, the owner, looked at the problem and gave me an estimate which I approved. The work on the facia was done the same day!

My roof was 28 years old and it was time to replace it. I had three contractors come out. Steven was prompt. He brought a ladder, took pictures of my roof, he let me know what was going on with it and explained how he would install my new roof in detail. He gave me estimates for three different types of shingles. I also got a quote to replace my gutters. His quotes were competitive. His team came out and finished the job in two days. I had some questions after the install. He responded very quickly and addressed my issues. I’m happy with my roof and gutters and would use him again.

Steve was there first to call within minutes of my request. he came over in a sunday to temp fix roof that had had an active leak, then finished three repair within days. awesome!

Steven Batty was the only contractor to offer multiple estimates for our roof replacement. He helped us in providing assistance with making our insurance claim, and his crew came out and replaced the roof promptly. They cleaned up the work site and came back the following day to go over the site once more. He even came back to ensure the job was completed and we were fully satisfied with the finished project. Great guy and a great company.

Excellent communications, advised me what needed to be done to resolve my issue, did the work and when there was a minor issue, he had the integrity to come back and do the job to my satisfaction. Top-notch service. I needed my roof repaired after a bad storm came through. After multiple storm chasers trolling the neighborhood, I felt they were very pushy. I felt like they were not listening to a word I was saying, so I reached out to this company for help. Mr. Batty came out to my house within a few days and was very professional. He performed a free inspection of my roof that day and photographed all of the damage for me. He took the extra time to go over the entire process with me and I felt like I was being listened to, rather than just another customer. He was not pushy at all and was straightforward, which I appreciated. He responded to every one of my thousand questions in a timely manner, even responding to my text messages the next day. It was such an easy process and he was very professional, which is more than I can say for most contracting companies. The crew arrived the first thing that morning and spent the day protecting my lawn/plants, taking down the old roof, putting the new one on, and fully cleaned up after themselves. Mr. Batty arrived that morning to oversee the project and even stuck around afterward cleaning up any leftover debris that flew into my neighbor yards since it was windy that day. He also did a quality control inspection of my roof when they were done and offered a fantastic warranty. The whole thing took just one day. My roof looks gorgeous. It was the most efficient process I have encountered with large projects like this.
