Mr Blue was very quick to respond to my request. He provided a solid quote to me after I sent him a picture of the water heater info. The replacement was scheduled within two days. My tenant wasn t available the next day. It was late in the evening on the initial date of contact. He showed up promptly at the time he said he would. He did the install and cleaned up the work area. He assured my tenant he would have hot water in the tank within a certain time and sure enough my tenant said the water was working properly with no issue. I will use Mr. Blue again for any other plumbing issues whether it s for my primary property or my rental property. He was very professional and responsive while we communicated via text.

Called and let us know he was running late because of an emergency call. Repaired hot water leak in water line and replaced hot water tank.

I had to work the evening that he came and my wife was here. Steven was very professional and courteous. It took him no time to complete the job and he did a few extra things for my wife. Took me a while to get to write this review but I was determined to do it. Only wish Steven would travel to the Wake Forest area to do more work. He would sure get the job. Steve was able to come and discover where and when a water leak was coming from which appeared to be an old leak. He kept us informed as to options and suggestions. Extremely knowledgeable, will be hiring again if and when we need his service.

I called him around 1500 and he was at my home by 1630. He diagnosed my problem immediately. In two hours he went to Lowes to purchase everything and replaced my water heater. He was fast, professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He explained to me why my hot water heater was leaking, how to avoid the problem in the future, and why my energy bill was going up. He recommended that I put the hot water heater on a plastic storage tray instead of the concrete. I will definitely recommend him to my friends. He also adjusted three of my sinks stoppers because it wasn't draining right at no extra charge while he was here. Will definitely be using him again.

Honestly, I was apprehensive at first as I have never used a website like this to find someone to do some work that I don't know how to do. But low and behold, MR. Steven Blue was the first one that pulled up, and I went with my Gut. Mr. Blue was by far, the most professional and personable business man that I have met in some time. He addressed the problem right away and was able to fix the plumbing leak in under 20 mins. I would highly recommend Mr. Blue to anyone and I asked for his card as I will no doubt hire him to do some remodeling when the time comes. It was a difficult job that required after-service repair which Mr. Blue provided promptly and did well. He reinforced the new bathtub better than the original. He is a man of his word and I would recommend him.

It was a last minute job. I called him at 8 am and he was at my home by 9 and diagnosed my problem immediately.
