He was hired to remodel the kitchen and get rid of mold in the kitchen. He put the floor in crooked, the electrical was not install properly and blew up 2 stoves, the cabinets are crooked, the sink leaks, he knocked holes in the floor and didn't repair them, he didn't finish the tile and grout. He was also supposed to fix the roof and he didn't even attempt to fix it. He company is also listed under several different names. It took him 4 months to do this work however he only worked about 2 hours a day.

Also did mold remediation. Took longer than expected to dry attic out but work was completed satisfactorily. Would use again.

I have no way to compare prices as this is my first time for such a need. It was expensive in my mind but I feel the job was done right and hopefully worth it. Steve seems easy to work with and talk about the project. He is very upfront about what is being done. It is almost complete and now I will see if it improves the efficiency of everything working correctly.

I couldn't ask for better service! Steven was easy to work with. He went a step beyond on the mold in the crawlspace. There were other areas he found and treated them as well. Bill and Brad did a beautiful job on the restoration caused by the rotting and mold. Thank you again Steven for the awesome service.
