He responded quickly and noticed that my water heater was only 3 years old. He contacted the provider and not only got it replaced at no cost...which involved getting a local retailer to forego the price for my model which they no longer carried. Speaking on my behalf was above and beyond what i would have ever expected him to do. His price was fair and he came out on the weekend. He corrected installation errors from the previous installer and was available to me after the install should i have questions. He was kind and patient in what was a stressful situation due to other issues going on at the same time. I am forever grateful to Darrell.

We searched a few different companies and we felt that Darrell answered out concerns and explained every detail question we had. Their team were on time and left behind no mess what so ever. They followed up after the installation a few days later to make sure everything was running smoothly. Their price was very competitive but there years of experience and confidence is what sold us. We will definitely refer this company to our family and friends.

Most trustworthy contractor I have ever used. Daryl Went the extra mile and came on the weekend when he realized we did not have heat and I was sick. I am still Grateful!!
