I dont recommend anyone hire him for ceramic floor. They dont clean the grout. He was to repair my garage door opener but did not do it. he installed the sensors and wires which did not fix it, and would not come back.

"This lady is a nutcase. I did what was on my contract, plus extra. The grout was cleaned and I told her to clean it with a mop when she got back from doctors appointment. I fixed her garage door and it worked fine when I left. It needs to be replaced. It is old."

Ken was excellent. Hired him for a few small jobs and I m very happy. He installed my kitchen back splash, installed floor moldings and hung hardware for my kitchen cabinets. Also installed new door handles on my front screen door all in 2 days. On time and courteous. Will use again.
