Steven's Lawn Care

Never hire this **company***... they are rip-offs! Lesson learned for me!

I guess my request for Steven to move a small tree from my back yard to my front yard might have been out of the ordinary, but he convinced me he was up to the task. He arrived on time the day of the job, but that is the last remotely positive thing I can say about the job Steven did. The difficulty began with the exhumation of the tree from its original location. When Steven called me out to the yard to check on his progress (as he was carrying the young tree to the front yard), I could not help but notice how little of the root system he had dug up before deciding to free the tree from its moorings. A week later, after having staked the tree out myself, he had used 8# monofilament fishing line and screwdrivers that left me speechless, is all but dead, even after daily watering, as recommended. When I called Steven to seek a remedy, he agreed to come out and try again. Last week was pretty crumby weather and would not have been conducive to completing the work. He has not attempted to contact me to reschedule, so I decided to post this review, which I will consider changing if he holds up his end of the agreed to backup plan. Until then, I cannot offer an endorsement for Steven, his company, or his services.

Arrived on time and did a really great job!

If I could give them higher than a 5 I would. The work was above and beyond what I needed... I literally had a jungle in my backyard and he made it beautiful again.. took care of the shrub trimming and brush removal. Family owned and operated business who really cared that I would love their work!
