Very polite, hard working young man. Took a little over 8 hours to complete all our projects and all but one were perfect. However, our problem shower is still dripping quite a lot. We will call and have someone come back out and hopefully it will be taken care of then.

We were originally quoted $125. I informed them flange was needed to install in toilet that I already had. Plumber came but had to leave to get flange and charged us $341. Took him 2 1/4 hrs. Several months later flange is still loose. Contacted Stephenson twice but no reply.
