They were very friendly and the price seemed reasonable, but they didn't really seem to know what they were doing with my gas oven. I needed it adjusted for Propane, which he said he did, but the flames come way up into the body of the oven and produce an enormous amount of soot that coats any dishes you put in it along with the walls and roof of the oven. In addition they scratched my floor sliding the oven along it. That being said I didn't complain about the floor at the time and I've not contacted them to come back out and adjust the oven, as he indicated that it was properly adjusted before they left I don't feel that he knows how.

Outstanding service, but then it is to be expected from a decorated veteran of America's war on terrorism. Steve is an outstanding individual with an incredible focus on discerning and providing the precise service the customer needs and expects. My stove and dryer broke on the same day. Steve has made what could be a terrible, drawn out experience, into an easy and affordable fix for both problems. I whole heartedlly recommend hiim to everyone. The gentlemen from Steve's Appliance were very knowledgeable and professional. They arrived as promised & were able to quickly find out what was wrong with my frig. I was only expecting to receive an estimate for later repairs but was able to have it fixed on the spot in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. They explained what was wrong and what needed to be done. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends that needed repairs.

Steve and his assistance are nice guys personally but can't deliver on their promises. They worked on my Jenn Air stovetop and dishwasher . One eye was not working. Upon their hasty examination of the switches they burned out the other working three eyes. Now the fan only works if the front left eye is turned on. The left rear eye only works if the front eye is turned on. The dishwasher would not completely drain. There is now more standing water than before they supposely repaired it. $600 later and neither appliance works properly.

Steve has been here 2 times to fix a dishwasher leak. The leak is worse now than when it started and now we have a leak in our disposal, which was fine before. I would not recommend Steve's appliance for any service. They were friendly and came on time the 1st day, but it was not a good experience and the job is still not fixed. The 3rd day he called half an hour after the time he was to arrive and said the store didn't have the part. The 4 th day he called 2 hrs late with another excuse. I finally said, forget it. A competent plumber came to the house the next day and fixed it. Steve's Appliance should refund my money.

"I tried to explain to this gentleman that I was in North Raleigh with a customer having Air Condition issues, the appointment time had to be reset because this job took longer than anticipated, I called this gentleman and he expected me to stop what I was doing and go to his home and take care of his problem, he was very rude, not us, We are always professional, and we do not leave clients who we are with until the job is completed, some jobs take longer than you expect. He could not understand that. Very unfortunate!"

Absolutely Execellent! Profressional, Knowledgeable, and Caring. I've been duped twice on the repair of my Regrigerator, Steve and Sam came in, diagnosed the problem for FREE! The repair was at minimal cost and completed in an efficient and professional Manner. I will never use another!

He came out right away. It would cost more to fix my refig than to buy a new one. So I bought a new one. He told me which ones were the best makes. He was very helpful and tried to find one used .

Steve and his partner were very professional. They were here at 10:00 am when they said they would be and they were very efficient, with fixing my washing machine. Their prices were good as well. I would definitely use their service again without hesitation and would highly recommend them.

I called Steve's Appliance as soon as the number popped up on my computer screen that evening about 7pm and they answered. He came the next day as scheduled, showed me the problem and fixed it immediately. I was very pleased and satisfied by the service. I would recommend to friends and colleagues as I did that day when I returned to work.

called & spoke directly to Steve. We asked for estimate to look at a refrigerator in our property. Steve assured us that he gave free estimates and scheduled to take a look our problem the same day. Steve and his partner went out to our property (given the keys to the property/condo) by our property manager. Instead of looking at our problem & calling us with an estimate (as he agreed to give us), he instead went ahead & made repairs w/out providing th to our fridge without providing the estimate or obtaining our permission for the repairs. He then calls us for $$ and gives no itemized receipt or any mention of any warranty. Deceptive

"We were called by this gentleman who resides in California, we went to the property management office who gave us the keys to the apartment that he owns, we were told to make the repair, we did so at a very good price, figuring he had discussions with the property manager, he claims he did not give any permission, but they give a very different version, basically get it done! still no payment!!!!!"
