He showed up and collected the trip fee and said he would be back the next day between 1 - 3 pm. I waited the next day and he noshowed/no called until 3:30 pm (I had to call him using a different phone number for him to pick up the call). He came in with the part and couldn't finish the work and when I ask how many times he had done this install. He said he's never done that

Microwave install. They showed up on time and were friendly. They did a good job of installing, but needed to drill a new hole because of alignment issues. They had to borrow my drill to the new hole (thought they should have had one of those handy).

I have a 5 year old GE refrigerator they replaced the icemaker The original icemaker produced about 15-20 ice cubes per cycle but the one they replaced it with only produces 5-6 ice cubes per cycle. This is quite a difference it took it 2 days to fill the ice bin I find this unacceptable but I feel I have no recourse, Other than that I think everything else was very acceptable. I think I should have been informed of this.

Couldn't fix my issue I ended up fixing it myself. The trip call fee was more than fair as they only charged $35.00 for a very thorough check.
