He did not finish the installation and stopped communicating. The door installation was excellent, but he did not install the trim nor provide or install the outside key pad and remote to control both doors. Great technician, but he did not complete all of the work I paid for and stopped communicating.

I had an appointment to replace my garage door opener, left 2 messages to confirm the appointment, third to check to see what's up but, no show, no call to cancel or nothing. They are very unreliable in my opinion, no respect for peoples' time.

Gave me a price and said he would be out the next morning at 8 am. Was on time and finished the job very quickly.
