He accepted the job yesterday, we provided all the information that he requested, said he would be here by noon, did not come. Contacted me, just a short time ago to say he was on his way and then within 5 minutes he was no longer available, it was all text. Don't use this guy, he was a no show. Wasted my time.

I gave him a call. To do some repairs in my bathroom. Wanky door handle. Flawless effort fixed the door. Made the door itself sturdier and showed me. How to fix it if it happens again. Added base to areas where I was surprised would be able to reach. Added a small self to the guest room in a matter of minutes. Extremely out going man.
