Tree Removal
The gentleman who cut down my tree had a hard time finding my house. He was very apologetic and did an amazing job. I will contact them when I can afford to have some larger trees trimmed and another one removed!

Holiday Lighting - Add or Remove
Did not receive good service after the installation. Had to come back 3 times just to get the timer set. Bulbs burning out said he would drop off bulbs. Haven't seen them yet, and when he does come he had better replace the ones on the roof!! That's why we hired him we can't climb on the roof to replace bulbs!!!

"But Steven did make time each and every time home owner called to have bulbs replaced due to bulbs being kicked and or busted on roof which Steven explained home owner would get 5 free bulbs and Steven did replace 19 bulbs and never charged for the 14 bulbs extra!!!!"

Holiday Lighting Addition or Removal Service
They did arrive in a timely manner. They were quick in getting the lights up. However, they did not anchor the lights around the garage with the hooks I provided. A few of the staples they used have come loose in the high winds and I have had to fix it. Steve promised he would return on Wednesday of the same week to drill some holes for hooks in the masonry around the other two front windows and he never showed up.

"I Steven the owner apologizes for not showing back up I Steven the owner apologizes because he could not get a hold of you he also came by Tuesday to verify for Wednesday and never got in touch with you did not want to come by and do the job in correctly and just wanted to make sure you would be satisfied we do not just go to people's property and work unless we have authorization from homeowner we apologize have a wonderful new years and God bless if you would like the lights to be taken down that we put up please feel free to call us back and we will make it right Thanks"
