Ignored instructions on how the line was cleared a previous time that only took one hour. Was there 5 hrs, charged over $600, pulled and reset my toilet and didnt clear the clog, cut my plumbing line under my house then left without repairing what they cut and didnt clear the clog after cutting the line, they went in another way to get it done.

Steve was supposed to get back to me to do some more work but I have not heard back from him.

These gentlemen were very conscientious about my home. They cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. Other than the hole in my ceiling, you would never know they were there. They came, got right to the job and completed it promptly. With some investigation, they knew exactly how to fix the leak. I have a very curious cat, and they even took time to pet him. I closed him in a room so he wouldn't bother them but they assured me he was fine. The cat liked both of the workers. I value animal instinct so I knew these were good people. I have absolutely no complaints about the work that was done at our home. As a matter of fact, I plan to use them again at a later date to install a gas heater and hot water tank. Keep up the great work!!

Steve fit me in the day I called for a quote and had it replaced immediately. Price was exactly what he quoted. He showed up when he said he would, the job took just as long as he said , so I only had to take minimal time off of work. Pleasant and honest. Will definitely use again. Thank you!

Prompt- good at finding source of problem- suggested several options without any pressure, I felt I could make the best choice for long lasting repairs and feel confident and comfortable with my choice

Deception- not told prior to work completed that additional charge for hr travel each way - to/from added to hourly labor rate. Hot water valve too tight to open by customer when plumbers left - only slight trickle of water available. Still not able to open. Friendly plumber yet extreme overcharged.

During the estimate I was quoted a price of just a service charge for the work I needed completed. When I was given the bill, I was charged $95.00 each for the two men sent to complete a one man job. Total price to install faucet in kitchen sink and plunger in bathroom sink came to $227.00. I called and emailed Steve's Plumbing for an explanation and correction of the bill and have received no response. All I get when I call is voice mail. The bill included $25.00 for the plunger. I am so glad I purchased the faucet.

They were courteous and did a great job. Only problem was the labor charges. parts only cost $85.99. Total charge including labor was $330.00.

Their response and the way they came to our home and responded to our needs was absolutely wonderful. We even did price comparison before hiring them and they were the most cost effective and economical avenue.
