They did a nice job on the work. A few parts had to be redone due to some miscommunication, but they were curious and willing to change it how I wanted it without complaint.

The Steve's team recently repaired my deck. They came to my house right away after receiving my request, and repaired my deck VERY THOROUGHLY. They even found invisible weakened wood panels, and fixed those with no extra charge!!! Very honest and professional!

He did several projects at the same time, all done well and at a very fair price. I would gladly hire him again. Very considerate and helpful.

The end result is excellent, the crew was friendly and very competent, and they did a thorough and professional job. The new trim looks great. I would recommend them highly and would definitely use them again .

Out of the three companies that contacted, Steve was the most knowledgeable and responsive. Completed the work as stated. My only complaint is one of his guys dripped paint on my concrete patio, then used my grill brush to scrape the paint off, leaving ugly brown marks on the concrete.

Steve's Remodeling replaced some extrerior trim boards as asked. His team was also supposed to caulk and seal all cracks outside the house. They did a very poor job caulking. Most cracks were open after 6-8 months. They did not apply the proper amount of caulking. I talked with Steve to come and re-caulk the many problem areas. He agreed it was a poor caulking job and would come back to fix it. We tried to schedule someone to come back after 2-3 weeks. At one point some of his guys wanted to caulk in the rain, which would not work. I finally got them to come back and re-caulk some of the open areas. It was a hassle.

They were great to work with -- especially the trim and window personnel. They worked hard and finished in a timely and professonal basis and did excellent work. The painter took about a week longer than planned; it would have helped to have someone call us daily and let us know what was going on with the painters.

Slow, not very communicative about their progress or plans. The weather did not help their work (it rained). I was about to finish the work myself.

They were able to give a quick and reasonable estimate. They stretched and reseamed my hallway carpet, they were able to replace a worn spot with carpet from a closet and then replaced the carpet in the closet with a close match. They also were able to fit my schedule and did this in the evening. I would recommend them to others.

This is a very professional and friendly team. They will be doing more work on my house as well..
