Steve installed a new water heater for me. He did an excellent job. He was very polite, and straight forward. I would use him again in the future.

Service provided was efficient, courteous and solved my water heater problem!

He was very professional in walking us through turning off our water heater the evening we discovered we had a leak in our old tank. However, when he came the next day, he said he would drain the tank and look at it and let me know what was going on with it and the next thing I knew we had a new water heater installed without even having discussed pricing or options. It was a very expensive surprise to get an over $900 dollar bill without even having had the chance to approve the installation.
