Steve’s Tile

Steve and staff made my bathroom beautiful very professional and very informative would hire Steve wood tile and stone also fair pricing excellent work

He has no contractor license and multiple violations. He arranged for another person to perform the work, who also has no valid registration and multiple violations. The new tile was improperly installed and the bathroom wall is now uneven with buckling tiles. He damaged several neighboring wall tiles in the process and they are now chipped and cracked. He left a mess with tile debris on the vanity, the tub faucet and in the tub. The plastic bag of tile debris broke on the kitchen floor and he did not tell anyone that he left it in the kitchen trash basket. We later found broken tile under the refrigerator and stove. Instead of removing the towel rod on the shower wall, he painted it black and got paint on the tub floor. His web site claimed past projects in Newport mansions but that seems highly improbable and must be a fraudulent claim. They would never let him in the door.

The quality for the work is very poor. The shower floor tile is coming up. I do not recommend this company.

He was very fast but careless. My contractor is not happy with the work he did. I have asked him to return to repair a tile. We made an appointment and he did not show up and has since not returned my calls. Took the money and ran.

Thereâ s only one word Steveâ s the MAN.

Steve was the only one to respond to my project and I am grateful. However, they disposed of the cement in my woods and I now have to figure out how to get rid of it. I also texted Steve about an issue with the work and he never responded.

Steve and his helper were professional and were on time. The tile we had selected were large and difficult to work with but Steve did a very nice job.

Steve build me a shower to fit my small bathroom. He had me select all my tiles.

We originally hired Steve to tile our laundry room and added a bathroom remodel and tile work for a second bathroom. Steve did an excellent job - our bathroom and tile look amazing. In addition to being a great craftsman, he is very dependable.

Steve is excellent at tile work and an even nicer guy. From the second he walked in my door he was nothing but personable and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. The backsplash came out amazing and he did it for almost half the price of other quotes I received.

Steve was efficient and timely in getting our project done. It was small, but he still took time to prioritize it.

Steve has a great company and he is a great person

Showed up on the specified date. On time for the next 3 days to complete job. Excellent job!

Steve repaired the grout in our shower. Within months the new grout began falling out. We tried to contact Steve via telephone, text, and email. He did not respond. We finally reached him months later by using a telephone number that he would be unfamiliar with. He promised to repair the problem. He finally made an appointment but did not show up or call. He has not responded to our repeated telephone messages to date.

Did a great job on remodeling my bathroom. Steve was extremely quick to respond to my home advisor request. He showed up on time (even early) every day and gave me status updates and his action plan on a daily basis. I have recommended Steve to m friends.

Steve told me it would take 1 day to install the tile and 1 day to grout. Day one he showed up and installed most of the tiles, he did not show up on day two, I called him and told him that tiles were lifting. and that he had to be there on Saturday to fix and finish the job. After placing the tiles he said he would come back the next day and grout those tiles. He blew me off!! Now the grout is coming up in other areas and the tiles that he replaced he used a different color adhesive applied so thick you can't grout them... He took advantage of me as I'm disabled. He is no reliable! I would never recommend him.

We hired this company to renovate our bathroom. Yes they were on time and professional. However, the completed job was sub par. It was left with appearance of being unfinished. The grouting job was done poorly. There were gaps left between the floor and the walls. Some of the tiles were hung crooked. They left the window sill cracked. For the state my bathroom was left in it was not worth the money spent. They always seemed as if they were in a rush to go to another job. We have since done a lot more work on our own. Feeling frustrated... They charged me more that they said at the begining. They did not perform the job as I request before.
