They built me a deck on 2nd floor and used the wrong decking screws because that was in my garage. Jeffrey was the on that built the deck with his 17 year old employee. My deck is less than 2 months old and the screws are rusting and they failed to use brackets which now my deck is unsafe. Jeffreys excuse is you had the materials. I told him I am not a contractor to come and make it right.. He is refusing to.

Submitted a request one night and they called me in like 10 min. Give me advice on phone then came out and checked my dishwasher. Pump was bad. He had pump ordered cause parts store didnâ t have it in stock. He even offered to let me put it in if I wanted to save money. I had them do it and am glad I did. Saved me from buying a new dishwasher. Their service and work was excellent.

This. Company was hired to do a bunch of honey do tasks. Some larger, some smaller. Required plumbing and carpentry knowledge along with fence installation. They handled all the tasks I requested from them .

The washer wasn’t fixed but they gave us a comparison between buying a new one and and fixing it and we chose to purchase a new one.
