I hired STID Remodeling & Details to do an existing bathtub. They offered a 4-year warranty for the job (I have their invoice to prove it). Just less than a month after the job was done, the bathtub started to peel off at a small point on the bottom. I contacted the company, they answered at the beginning, but after the 3rd call they blocked my number and they could not be contacted in any way. Three months later the bathtub peeled off almost completely. Definitely, I do not recommend this company.

"We do not understand why this project ended with a flourish your project worked on the letter with the contracts. "I FINISH THE BATHROOM COMPLETELY. PLUMBING, ELECTRIC, JACUZZI INSTALLATION, MARBLE WALLS AND FLOOR, PANEL SHOWER INSTALLATION AND I DO PLASTER IN WALLS OK. Stid Remodeling & Details was absolutely amazing! From the moment Lee and his crew came to do the estimate, I knew for sure I was going to hire them. Not only do they have excellent customer service skills but their prices are very affordable and they work efficiently to get the job done. My porcelain floors, baseboards and crown molding came out so beautifully and it only took a week as promised. I would highly recommend this company for all your home remodeling needs.

Lee Mendoza and his guys are the must profesional people Ive found in the two years doing remodeling for apartments. They did everything was in the contract and were no bad surprises ,on the contrary, when I saw the apartment after smoothing ceiling and walls and new floor and paint I felt happy and the apartment looks brand new . I recomend 200 % this company , they did perfect job and they have a nice way to treat customer, we are so happy with the work they did . Thanks

Lee Medoza and team did an amazing ceramic tile and base board installation for my town home. They did high quality work, quickly and were so polite and so pleasant to work with throughout the entire process. Not easy to find in S Florida. I am definitely planning to hire him to do additional remodel work!

I always prefer dealing with honest, straightforward people. Lee Mendoza is not only an honest person, he actually saved me money buy utilizing existing items he could have easily replaced and charged me. He was on time, courteous, neat and talented. Popcorn Acoustic Ceiling Texture Application, Repair or Removal
Lee responded to my request for service immediately, he was at my house early the next day. He was very polite, his cost was very reasonable and I am totally satisfied with the work he did. He showed up exactly on time, worked very clean, did a great job on repairing my ceilings and I would definitely use him for other work or confidently refer him to my friends. Polite, prepared, efficient , on time and did a great job.

Well unfortunately this site doesn't have anything for re-screening a patio. Lee and his staff came out the next day, was even early and gave us a price and installed new screening on our patio the same day! Courteous, nice, and did a great job! We were extremely happy and understand he does all kinds of work so WILL DEFINITELY USE AGAIN. Such a pleasure.

Lee did a great job in my new kitchen. He installed a garbage disposal, water filter, faucet, backsplash, undercabinet lights, OTR microwave, ceiling light fixture and replaced a few broken floor tiles. He is professional, reliable, and his prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend hiring him for any projects around your home.

The contractor Lee is a very polite person. However, he sub-contracts, and there is where the problem starts. They were not punctual, professional, or considerate. I asked that they stop working at 5 pm, because after that time my family would be home. They continued to work after hours, and sometimes only four hours out of the day. I'd have nothing, but good things to say if they had finished the job. Overall I can not recommend this company, because I had to hire someone else to fix the job they'd done incorrectly.

I WAS EXTREMELY IMPRESSED WITH THE SERVICES PROVIDED TO RE-GROUT AND REPAINT/RE-GLAZE MY SHOWER, TUB AND BATHROOM FLOOR TILES. WHEN I PURCHASED MY HOME RECENTLY, THESE WERE IN TERRIBLE SHAPE. I TRIED EVERYTHING TO GET THEM CLEAN, TO NO AVAIL. LEE DID A FANTASTIC JOB AND BROUGHT THE PRODUCTS TO THE QUALITY THAT I, AS A VERY METICULOUS, DETAIL-ORIENTED CONSUMER DESIRED. Lee did a HUGE job with me- everything from roof painting to Floor installation- it was a total house remodeling and everything in between. If you are looking for a speedy guy, Lee is your man! If you are looking for excellent value for money- Lee is your man. He worked so hard week days and weekends to get the job done. I will be using him in the future.
