    Still Services is an absolutely horrendous company. Not only did Matthew not diagnose the problem but he in fact made a greater problem. He kept saying that it's the drain and that he would have to rip out our shower. He charged us almost $400 which is outrageous considering he did not complete nor did he fix the issue. Berkshire Heating and Plumbing came in and diagnosed the issue and under 10 minutes and fix it in under 30 for a quarter of the price. Berkshire Heating and Plumbing is the way to go. Still Services is an outrageous company that needs to be shut down they are scam artists. I would have had no problem paying for his journeyman fee but to slap us with an almost $400 bill for a job that he did not complete, did not fix is outrageous and disgusting. These people should be shut down and out of business. What a disgrace taking advantage of a family on a fixed income.

    Still Services replaced my hot water tank. These people are amazing. Exceptional customer service. Quality of the work of the highest caliber. Matt and his team went above and beyond to ensure that I experienced maximum service with a minimum of inconvenience. I will call them for future plumbing needs and have already told several people about them.

    Still Services recently updated all of the plumbing lines in our home in addition to re-plumbing our bathroom in conjunction with a remodel. The original plumbing was not vented properly and Still Services took care to make sure everything was brought up to code and in superior working order. Everyone at Still Services was incredibly easy to work with; from the owner Matt who came to discuss the scope of the project and provide an estimate, to Kirsten in the office coordinating and communicating, to the technician, Stone, and his helping hands who performed the physical labor. I couldnâ t be more pleased with how smoothly the process went and with the exceptional final product. Still Services was respectful and accommodating in regards to our time, space, finances and in answering any questions I had along the way. I will without question hire Still Services again in the future should any plumbing issues ever arise. Additionally, I look forward to working with them when itâ s time to upgrade our homeâ s heating and cooling system.
