The plumber arrived on time, worked fast and accurately, didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need (in fact, he found that I didn't need a part previously quoted and deducted it from the bill), and was professional and polite.

Had someone from this company come out on 1/3/08 for basement bathroom backup in shower and toilet not flushing. I was given a 4 hour window which was missed by hours. I lost the entire day waiting for the plumber who didn't show until around 5 pm. Plumber came with spare equipment and after an hour decided to call another plumber. I had to wait about another hour or more and all he did was run a 120 snake and tell me the problem is a county issue. He still had me pay $280 for a problem he did not fix nor did he cover other possible issues like the vent line on the roof, didn't check the drain in the shower, or the toilet itself! Not happy!
