The electrician was prompt, courteous , knowledgeable and very professional. He explained what he was doing and why it was needed. He made suggestions that would save me money. He cleaned up his work area. Before he left he showed me what to do if I had any problems & if so, to call him & he would see that any problem got fixed. He even made a follow up call to make sure everything was working ok - that's a first for me! I would highly recommend this company and the electrician, Xavier, and will definitely use them for any and all electrical work needed.

First, they failed the first rough inspection. Second, scheduled appointments were missed, no call from office. Third, promises to complete the work - leaves project unfinished several days/ attempts. Fourth, installation of outlets & under-mount lights/ craftmanship of work is unprofessional and damaged newly installed cabinets - to correct the work, would like to charge extra. Damage to newly installed kitchen cabinets. Work originally quoted & paid for, not completed & wants to charge additional fees. Wants to take short-cuts in work & finish work on day of final inspection. Materials used do not match throughout the project (outlets).

The two technicians were friendly and adaptable to the parking situation - parking a block away with no complaint. They worked quickly and efficiently, cleaning up as they went. They answered a question about another possible project. Project was scheduled flexibly on a Saturday to meet my schedule - the arrived within one day of request.

I was promised to have the wall around the new panel fully repaired, since they had to cut it to fit the panel, but this was not done. That is the only reason why I did not rate the service as very good. One more thing: They are using a generic receipt book without letterhead for proper identification. My insurance will not accept the receipts I was given as authentic. I need this to be fixed but do not have their address and phone number printed on the receipts.

"An agreement was made with the customer to install a much larger Panel than the existing one at his home. Customer was aware that a Drywall/Painter would be needed and would be an additional cost. A Drywall contractor was referred by Stingone but was to be paid for by homeowner, contractor was never contacted by the homeowner. Stingone does not repair drywall only provide electrical services."

Communications on budget and final billing were completely misunderstood. Very disappointing for people on a fixed income. Following up with this professonal is a waste of time. I tried to resolve the issue but of course I couldn't. Otherwise, I would not be amending this rating.
