I purchased an older home. I wanted a tankless water heater in my garage, washer and dryer hookups in garage, removal of well apparatus, and new faucets outside. Excellent work, efficient, and everything was cleaned up prior to leaving. Ted talked with me as needed through entire process. Identified concerns and what was needed make sure everything was to code. The quality of the work is stellar and I was very impressed with Ted and his crew. Friendly and accommodating. I recommended them to my sister and she was happy. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone who needs a plumber.

The Plumber seemed to know his trade, however his workers did not. The whole process took longer due to call backs to repair wrong/backward fittings. Helper brought preschool child to work site and due to liability concerns I "babysat"! Fixture in tub was replaced and rusty water followed. This was due to a black steel fitting USED FOR GAS PIPES instead of a stainless steel fitting used for water!. I had to pay another plumber to fix this problem. I am 66 years old and did NOT appreciate being a senior statistic taken advantage of.

Ted was awesome! He called literally within 2 minutes of requesting a call from pros in my area from Home Advisor app and was here same day as call on a Saturday afternoon to replace and remove new toilet and install under kitchen sink a water filtration system. He was neat and tidy and respectful of my home. He was also very professional and knowledgeable on recommending future projects that I would like to do. I will definitely call Stinson Plumbing for those projects and other plumbing needs that may arise.

Would have to wait a few days with stopped up drains with the first plumber. Stension said he would be there within the hour. Had to go in crawl space twice to make repair after trying less severe from inside.

Prompt service, courteous manner, did not waste time while on the job, work was completed as expected.

Said they would be there on Thursday but did not show until the next Tuesday. Did not call to say they would be late. I had to call them. Did excellent work but ended up charging $100 more than the estimate.

The plumber they sent was very quick to get the task performed. He was respectful towards me and towards my home. I appreciate the quality service and workmanship. Should I need a plumber's service again, I will DEFINITELY keep this company in mind. I will also be looking at this site again, for any home projects I will have in the future.

Responded very promptly and arrived on time. Gave good advice and used quality materials. The "helper" needed a little more supervision. But I would definitely use them again.

Mr. Stinsosn quoted me over the phone a price for what I thought was a iron pipe with shut off for main house a price off $100-$250. When he came, he had a work order that said $185-$250. At any rate the pipe turned out to be copper. Oh, he said, that is really a problem, copper doesn't have any flexibility....then after saying that it would be the $250 anyway, he said "but I think I know a quick way to fix it", and indeed he did. In a matter of 10 minutes he had that all done. Granted he did make a trip to get what parts he needed, which was included in his time. Delta had sent some gaskets for my faucets and a new sprayer also, and I ask him if he would put those in place for me. He first told me that he would not charge to fix the sprayer, and then I noticed on the bill that he charged me $40 dollars for a half hours labor. I paid him $295 for 1 1/2 hours of labor. I realize that I am 69 yrs. old, female, and live alone....the prime target for people like him to take advantage of and he did! I talked with him about the overcharge and he said he did the job cheaper than anyone else would have done it. I figured at $80 an hour, the price should have been $120 plus cost for parts. As of the day he left, the sprayer did not work period, and as of today the hot water side is dripping. I contacted him and he defended himself saying that he did not warranty any parts supplied by the owner. As noted above those came directly from Delta for that faucet...that is what was provided to him, in the package they came in. I am terrified that that the admitted "rigged job" he did on the cut off main (for $250) will fail, and if it does, I will see him in small claims court!! I have tried to talk with Mr. Stinson about this...he said, he would graciously replace the faucet with another for an additional $170!! I could not even bring myself to respond to that text, all I could do is write this review and warn others, especially older women, to beware, beware, beware!!! ps: You know, come to think of it, I don't think he tested any of his work after he was done. I am disabled, on a walker and in a lot of pain daily and I didn't test it either, trusting him. He had a very kind deme

I found Ted knowledgeable and very polite. He completed the job in the time frame he quoted, did an excellent job with the install and cleaned up when he was done. Have already recommended him to a co-worker of mine and I will definitely use him for any other plumbing issues in the future.
