We had about 5800 sq feet of driveway and garage approach that needed to be covered with asphalt. We had a packed crushed concrete base which Johnny used as the foundation. His team did an outstanding job of regrading the drive/approach and packing it before they laid the asphalt. That was done in an outstanding manner and they tied everything in nicely with the garage, our other secondary gravel driveway and the county road. They cleaned up the minimal amount of trash and regraded the sides of the drive. Great competitive pricing and excellent work throughout. I had about a 250' section of our driveway repaved and a new section added to make a bigger turning radius on a road that branches off at an angle from the main driveway. We also had a section oiled that hadn't been done for awhile. I found the owner to be very professional and would certainly use Stokes again for any future work. I only gave a 4 on work quality and it may be less to do with their application than it is just working with asphalt but I have some areas that are cracking and edges of the driveway that have crumbled (I assume from driving the zero turn across the driveway to get to the other side. Sometimes I wish that I would have initially gone with concrete but I like the look of asphalt out on a country road better. All-in-all...great company to work with?

Awesome work. They asphalted the alley of the home we are selling- actually got a contract on the house 2 days later, then we just had them re-do the asphalt driveway of the house we just purchased. Seemed a little high to me from previous work, but maybe cost has gone up. They did the job quickly as they were in the area doing other work.

They worked quickly and efficiently; they had the machinery necessary to do a very professional job.

They did such a good job I hire project twice as big and I wasn't going to do it.
