I am very disappointed in this company. Everything went well initially but within a few days the resurfacing job started to peel. I contacted them to come back and fix it, appointments were missed, until eventually new workers did show up to do something. Well, I am completely dissatisfied with the so-called fix they put in place. The area that was peeling has been patched over with new glaze that is both a different color and texture than the rest of the tub; terrible! If that was not bad enough, they failed to prep thoroughly enough and I continue to discover bits of glaze that were inadvertently sprayed onto other surfaces (handles, walls, etc.). I have tried to give their company the opportunity to come back and do a proper fix but they have continued to no-show on appointments they scheduled. Absolutely unacceptable and I do not recommend this company.
