We hired Stone Blue Hardscape to install a 6ft privacy fence in our back yard. The staff was kind and eager to work with our requests. Very fairly priced and did an excellent job putting up our privacy fence! The wood they used is high quality, and the gate they built is very sturdy. They ran any needed updates and changes by us before making adjustments, which was helpful. I would definitely use them again if we needed any more work like this done.

Caught workers filling hole from removed tree with old sod instead of dirt as promised by boss. Said they were told to do so (On Video) , tried to put down old Sod, did not roll after installing, paid promptly, took several attempts to get a receipt , no date on receipt, wonder why?

spackle and glue was left on stairs, hardwood floors and storm door. Yellow clay dirt was used on the lawn {not top soil as stated} and rain still runs toward house instead of away as he assured me it would. Inside work on wall was left in deployable condition. When I asked why he stated "I am not a CARPENTER" I would like for HOME ADVISOR to visit to look at what he left before he is recommended to anyone else. He does not give warranty on anything he does.

"The spackle was not left everywhere, there was two drops that did get in the carpet in front of the wall; We did offer to have it cleaned by a professional, she said no. In her contract dirt is specified to be used not top soil. The grade from the house to the yard is about a foot difference, so it is impossible for water to go up hill. She did get a warranty, but it would be void if she did not get her down spouts fixed, as she has water pouring down the side of her house. Pictures posted to our FB page located at www.facebook.com/landscapingbylichtefeld. We completed foundation work like contracted not carpentry work like she wanted to add."

Totally not dependable. Scheduled 3 times before they showed up. Did not call when they did not come. Raised the bill after work performed $95 over original estimate. Would NOT recommend to anyone.

"We kept the customer informed. We completed the work that the customer wanted done on the estimate plus some work that the customer asked the workers to do that was not even on the estimate. All of which was completed, the extra work that the customer asked the workers to complete did not even get added to the total bill. The total amount of the bill that was handed to the customer was the total amount of the estimate, they were one and the same. The customer ended up only paying a partial amount of the bill, even though there should of been more added to it for the extra work that was completed. Customer was satisfied with work completed."
