Stone Slab Countertops Installation (Granite, Marble, Quartz, etc)
Stone Castle was stupendous, but I also needed a plumber and thought I had arranged for 'Paul' to be there day counter was installed. Paul never showed and I had sewer gas escaping into my house for 4 days until I had to take a plumber I did not know and did not know how much it would cost. Beware of subcontractor promises.

This company was a pleasure with which to work from start to finish. They replaced our kitchen countertops. We are planning on having them back when we remodel the bathroom. They came when they said they would, there were not additional costs to the original quote, they were very available to answer any questions I had. We were also getting a second estimate from another company through Home Depot. The second company was very slow to respond and said they we could not save the backsplash and would have to replace it. Stone Castle saved the backsplash and was ready to install before the second company even got a quote to us.

Bruce has a good manner about him and represents the company well and worked with me in helping me with my selection and assured me nothing would go wrong. The installation team is great and is a pleasure to work with--Bruce also recommended another excellent contractor for other work. My kitchen looks great now. I recommended him to my sister. Stone Slab Countertops Installation (Granite, Marble, Quartz, etc)
Bruce took the extra time to answer all questions & said all the right things without being prompted to do so. Bruce went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. His crew was curtious & professional. Bruce was also able to refer other quality subcontractors needed to complete other related aspects of the job making it a real turnkey type project. Because they have all worked together on previous projects to scheduled off each other seemlessly.

From obtaining the estimate, to the selection of the piece of granite, to an inspection after the countertop had been installed, Bruce was with me every step of the way. He was very knowledgable and helpful in making my decisions. Price was competitive with other estimates.

Stone Slab Countertops Installation (Granite, Marble, Quartz, etc)
good job but not perfect...Bruce was fine to work with although he did not come out after the granite was installed for a final inspection ( I would have as a business owner). The installers were young and claim they had 6 yrs experience....i am not sure about that...i would have preferred older more experienced tradesmen....
